Due to business demands, our client is looking for an experienced customer service team leader AND expert to jump straight in and lead their team in their Head Office!

**The role: / duties**:
- Work alongside the Operations Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the business.
- Communicating with Customers, Contractors, Clients etc.
- Dealing with more complex issues/complaints/case resolution.
- Act as the support person / mentor for the rest of the department when the Manager is not available.
- Updating and managing the booking system / activity logs.
**What do you need to bring to the table?**
- Great Customer Service skills - Experience in Team Lead role desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Customers, Clients, Contractors and Stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a lead figure role and support junior staff.
- Accurate and efficient data entry, IT skills, record keeping.
- An understanding of time-sensitive matters, urgency, priorities, problem solving and attention to detail.
