What You'll Do
* Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
* Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Clarendon Homes' residential products
* Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
* Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers
About You
* A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
* Availability to work 3‐4 days a week – Weekend availability is a necessity
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‐do attitude
* Highly energetic, self‐motivated, and eager to learn
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in a high‐performing team and independently
* A goal‐oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
