About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies, bringing to life our friendly service that we are famous for.
Working throughout the store, our Team Members perform various tasks such as stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, picking online orders, and being the friendly face customers see as they leave.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care, and thank customers for shopping at Woolies.
* Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety for everyone, including hazard reporting.
* Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products.
* Keep shelves stocked and tidy for a seamless shopping experience.
* Pick online orders to ensure customers receive what they need.
