Your Opportunity - About The Role
* 12-Month Fixed Contract
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning Asset Coordinator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development Department. A key focus of the role will be assisting with the migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS). The Coordinator will support the L&D Team by helping organise and track learning content, assisting with audits of current materials, and coordinating updates or archiving under clear direction.
This role helps ensure learning materials are accurate, well-organised, and meet the needs of different markets. The Coordinator will maintain version control, support file formatting and branding consistency, assist with reviewing translated/localised content, and help with basic system testing during migration. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail will be essential.
We Are Looking For The Below Skillset And Experience
* 1-3 years experience in a administration, Learning & Development, or content/document management (retail or corporate experience desirable)
* Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Comfortable working with different stakeholders
* Familiarity with learning systems or digital platforms (e.g. LMS, DMS, CMS) is preferred. Plus, basic understanding of learning materials, digital content, or training formats will be helpful.
* Experience working with content authoring tools and digital asset creation tools such as SCORM/xAPI formats and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate: RISE or similar), video generation (Synthesia, CANVA or similar), and digital asset management systems would be beneficial.
