Our client is an early-Enterprise global software vendor specialising in Talent Enablement SaaS and backed by a long track record of innovation and growth. Their platform is used by some of the world's most recognisable brands to improve engagement, performance, retention and culture across distributed, hybrid and frontline workforces. With a strong ANZ customer base and continued international expansion, they're now scaling their local commercial team and looking for an ambitious BDR to support their next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
As a BDR, you'll be the engine behind pipeline growth across Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You'll partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, craft value-led outreach and create meaningful conversations with HR, People & Culture, Finance, Operations and IT leaders.
You will:
* Build top-of-funnel pipeline across key verticals
* Run targeted outbound campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn
* Qualify inbound enquiries and convert them into sales-ready opportunities
* Tailor messaging to senior HR & People leaders, focusing on business outcomes
* Work closely with AEs to support territory plans & account penetration
* Contribute ideas to improve outreach sequences, targeting and value messaging
* Become an expert in the employee experience category
This is a role for someone who wants to master consultative selling early in their career and progress quickly within a high-performing SaaS organisation.

The Requirements
We're looking for candidates who bring energy, resilience and commercial maturity - someone who can speak credibly with senior leaders while running a high-activity outbound motion.
You'll succeed in this role if you have:
* 1–2 years in a B2B or SaaS BDR sales
* Experience prospecting into Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts
* Ability to link product features to business outcomes
* Confidence speaking to HR, People, Finance or Ops leaders
* Target-driven with a hunger for personal growth and progression
* High coachability, self-awareness and a team-first attitude
