Synergie is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Client located at Para Hills West, SA.
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of innovative plastic infrastructure solutions, supplying high-quality products for civil, mining, water management, and environmental applications. With a strong focus on engineering excellence, durability, and sustainability, they support critical infrastructure projects through advanced polymer solutions designed for long-term performance in demanding environments.
Pay Rate:$33.20/hr
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate forklifts (counterbalance, high reach, or other types) safely and efficiently.
2. Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials.
3. Transfer goods to designated storage areas.
4. Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance inspections on forklifts.
5. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
6. Follow all WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures.
7. Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
8. Current and valid forklift licence (LF / LO).
9. Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
10. Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
11. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
12. Basic computer or RF scanner skills.
13. Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard identification.
