We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at the high-end luxury Coco Republic showroom in Canberra Central.
**Job Summary**
As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by crafting high-quality coffee and tea drinks. You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create specialty coffee drinks to a high standard
* Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times
* Ensure standards of excellence regarding customer service, staff presentation, and grooming
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 1-year experience in bartending or a similar field from well-established and fast-paced venues
* Competency in making latte art and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails is an advantage but not essential
**Benefits and Perks:*
* Full-time position available with day shifts only (Monday to Friday) and casual opportunities on weekends
* Casual rates: $28.46 per hour Monday to Friday, $34.16 per hour Saturday, and $39.85 per hour Sunday
