Role: Senior Educator – Educational Leader

Pay: $39.85 - $41.05 p/h + $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
* Provide 7.5 hours per week of off-the-floor mentoring time, supporting practice uplift, coaching and professional growth across the team.
* Be available to work full-time within the centre's operating hours between 7am and 6pm.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current VIC Working with Children Check.
* Experience leading change in education.
