About the Role
As a Quality Education Consultant, you will be is responsible for the education framework within Residential Care ensuring our people have the required education and ongoing development support to deliver high quality care and services aligned with our model of care.

Duties
- Ownership, implementation, delivery and ongoing development of the education framework for clinical, and direct care staff ensuring Aged Care Quality Standards requirements are met
- Design education material using a variety of digital programs, implementation and evaluation of effectiveness
- Support administration of the Learning Management System to manage, monitor and report on training activity and compliance with the education framework requirements
- Lead and ensure the quality of educational content and training solutions in collaboration with other key stakeholders to equip staff to perform their roles safely and effectively
- Develop, maintain, monitor, review and update role competencies, standards and completion
- Oversee and monitor annual education calendars and learning and development programs
- Ensure education records are available and being regularly monitored by Education and Quality Managers and Quality Partners
- Develop and lead in consultation with the Quality Director on communications across the business and change management
- Identify, plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate staff specific development forums
- Report on business performance and education / training compliance to the education framework with monthly data reporting on activity relevant Committees
Skills & Experience
- Development of course programs using a variety of digital programs
- Prior experience in a similar role or experience coordinating learning and development programs
- Cert IV training and assessment / relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
- Career education and development qualifications or similar
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Substantial knowledge of Aged Care regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Learning Management System Administration, customisation and content development using a variety of delivery programs, eg Slido
