We're seeking enthusiastic Inbound Call Centre Agents to join a fast-paced contact centre in Fannie Bay.
What's on offer:
* $33.38 per hour + super

* Rotating roster: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–9pm
* No Sundays or Mondays
About the role:
You'll handle high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with placing bets on sports and racing. This includes providing accurate information, supporting new customers, and delivering excellent service in a fast-moving environment. You'll also promote responsible gambling and ensure all regulatory and company policies are followed.
