Key Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers of the depot.
2. Complete day-to-day administrative duties to support the depot's operational efficiency.
3. Receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch, and delivery of packaged lubricants products are key responsibilities of this role.
4. Promote health, safety, and wellbeing across all depot activities.
5. Ensure routine depot compliance, maintenance, and inspection tasks are completed as per requirements.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* High-quality customer service experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of safe work practices and transport/logistics principles is essential.
* Forklift license, customer service, and stock control experience are desirable skills.
