About you: In your new role you will: * Assist the Nurse Unit Manager, implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. * Practice collaboratively and provide clinical leadership and education within the interdisciplinary health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups. * Use effective communication skills to influence and convince others in a mature, confident manner to achieve positive client outcomes, including providing informant and/or advice on clinical issues within the registered nurse scope of practice. * Maintain productive multi-disciplinary working relationships, effectively dealing with challenging behaviours and the resolution of conflicts.
