The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator / Site Project Manager (Building Associate) to support and oversee day-to-day works across several commercial refurbishment and services upgrade projects.
This role suits someone who is confident working on-site, coordinating multiple trades, interpreting drawings, and keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Review drawings (RCPs, services layouts, risers, schematics) and plan installation workflows.
* Allocate and coordinate daily tasks for electricians and fire/security technicians.
* Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and site access.
* Liaise with building managers, consultants, fire contractors, and other trades to prevent clashes.
* Conduct site walk-throughs, quality checks, and ensure compliance with specifications.
* Maintain WHS standards, toolbox talks, and daily site documentation.
* Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
* Provide practical on-site support to ensure smooth project delivery.

Projects You'll Work On
* Fire detection systems – EWIS, detection, mechanical interfacing & panel programming.
* Electrical upgrades – exit/emergency lighting, distribution boards.
* Security installations – CCTV, intercoms, access control.
* Commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments.
* Hospitality venues and hotel upgrade works.
* Industrial and mixed-use sites.
* Occasional interstate travel may be required.

Experience Required
* Experience in electrical, fire, building services, communications, or security systems environments.
* Experience coordinating or supporting multi-trade teams on-site.
* Ability to interpret construction and services drawings confidently.
* Strong communication and on-site problem-solving ability.
* Practical, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
* Australian work rights required. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in construction, building services, electrical, fire systems, or project management.
* White Card required.
* Driver's license.
