About the company
Our client is a large, purpose‐led organisation operating within the health and services sector, delivering customer‐centred programs that improve access, experience and outcomes across Australia. They are investing in a number of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing how customers engage with services and are seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to help shape these programs through commercial insight and structured analysis.
Key responsibilities
* Analyse customer behaviour, performance drivers and commercial opportunities
* Convert analysis into business requirements, use cases and actionable insights
* Deliver modelling, scenario analysis and value measurement to support initiatives
* Contribute to continuous improvement and uplift of analytical capability
About you
* Experience in analytics, insights, consulting or commercial analysis roles
* Background in Big 4, strategy consulting or structured corporate environments highly regarded
* Financial services or complex service industry experience beneficial
* Strong data storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver practical recommendations
