* Collaborate with RSPCA Australia, interstate Member Societies and other stakeholders.

* Develop a safe, inclusive, values-driven culture, where continuous improvement is the norm and there is support for change initiatives.

Your experience

* Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary operations or service delivery environments

* Proven experience leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams through change and complexity.

* Demonstrated success in setting and delivering organisational strategy, including driving performance, growth, or transformation.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a Board or governing body, including reporting, governance, and strategic alignment.

* Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, including building partnerships with external organisations, funders, or government.

Your skills

* Strategic leadership: Ability to set vision, align teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.

* Financial and commercial acumen: Strong understanding of financial sustainability, resource allocation, and risk.
