As a senior leadership team member, we are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service on shift.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assume leadership in the absence of senior management, driving business performance and ensuring seamless operations.
* Conduct thorough open and close procedures, including secondary cash handling duties.
* Train, mentor, and coach existing and new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with the management team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by NPS scores.
* E nsure the safety and well-being of all team members and customers.
We require a candidate who is fully competent in FOH departments and possesses strong cash handling skills. Additionally, they should have excellent computer literacy and be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
