Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Officer Part Time
Role overview: Represent a government department as the frontline of the business. Handle both general and complex enquiries with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, using attention to detail and active listening to troubleshoot or resolve enquiries while delivering the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Represent a government department as the frontline of the business; handle general and complex enquiries and resolve issues with high-quality customer service.
- Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot enquiries and provide accurate information.
Key Role Details
- Hourly rate of $28.74 + 12% Superannuation
- Monthly incentives of up to $480 (up to $5,760 per year on a pro-rata basis)
- Part Time - Minimum 20 hours on rotating roster
- Multiple October Start Dates
- Full time paid training
- Monday to Friday rotating roster of 8am - 4pm
- Centrally located next to Robina Town Centre

Who are you?
- You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
- Eager to work towards goals and targets
- Confident and capable in using computers and systems
- Passionate about customer service
- Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
