About the role

This role provides smooth and reliable switchboard, reception, concierge, and event support services for NSW Health.

The focus is on delivering a positive experience for clients and making sure frontline services run efficiently and respond quickly to needs.

Administration Officer Level 6 starting salary from $83,554 - $85,530 Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

* Delivering a high customer service experience to all staff and visitors
* Ensure meeting rooms and Front of House area are presentable and maintained to a premium standard
* Address questions and concerns efficiently and effectively and direct incoming calls and messages to other agencies.
* Timely resolution and problem-solving of Front of House and customer/stakeholder issues.

About you

We are looking for a friendly energetic corporate Front of House Officer to join our team. If your someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can juggle multiple tasks, this is the role for you.

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

* Demonstrated ability in providing high-level customer service with experience in frontline roles for a large, complex organizations, including meeting room management, event operations and corporate hospitality.
* Demonstrated experience working with food and beverage within a corporate or events environment
* Demonstrated experience using a multifaceted telephony system and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (with strong typing skills), and providing front line support for audio visual and video conferencing technology including Teams, Skype, teleconferencing and AV equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other staff in a team environment promoting a positive workplace culture.
