Our Mornington Peninsula Vet Care clinic is a purpose‐built space supported by an exceptional team from passionate surgery‐focused nurses to a dedicated client care crew and an experienced practice manager who keeps the day running smoothly. Working alongside our Emergency and Referral Hospital means you'll have specialists, emergency vets, and advanced diagnostic tools close at hand, creating a collaborative environment focused on the best patient outcomes.
You'll enjoy the energy of a hospital‐style setting while still working within a structured GP schedule. As part of Peninsula Vet Care's network of five clinics, you'll be joining the region's largest veterinary provider.
Located in the heart of Mornington, you'll have beaches, wineries, cafés, markets, and walking spots at your doorstep. Even from our industrial‐estate location, you're surrounded by great coffee, lunch spots, gyms, and shops—perfect for creating a balanced lifestyle

Work with a collaborative GP, emergency, and referral team

* Thrives in a team environment

* Has a passion for mentoring and developing others
* Is registered with the Australian Vet Board
* Has 5+ years' clinical experience
* Has 2+ years leadership experience
