The Role This Commercial Analyst role involves analysing financial and operational data to inform strategic decisions, drive resource optimisation, and enhance service delivery. Working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to long-term sustainability and assist in aligning operations with our mission and vision. Key Responsibilities: Data Insights: Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess operational performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning. Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on budget preparation and deliver accurate financial forecasts. Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for different stakeholders. Collaboration: Partner with team leads across various functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. About You: You are a commercially savvy professional with a passion for driving impactful change in a values-driven organisation. You bring: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting, preferably within the not-for-profit or disability services sector. Expertise in data analysis software, financial tools, and Excel (NDIS experience is a bonus). Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to disseminate insights clearly to multiple stakeholders.
