We're seeking an organised and motivated Administration Officer / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at QC Accountants.
This is a varied role where you'll provide essential support to our accounting team and help deliver an exceptional client experience. We're open to applicants with prior experience as well as juniors who are eager to learn—we'll provide full training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to accountants and management.
* Assist with client onboarding, communication, and document management.
* Support workflow scheduling and job management using Karbon software.
* Draft and send client proposals and correspondence.
* Help the team gather required client information and maintain records.
* General office and admin tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous admin experience is ideal, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
* Keen to learn and grow in a professional accounting firm.
