What You'll Be Doing
* Trade Management: Lead and schedule subcontractors across sites to ensure seamless workflows and timely completions.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure every build meets G.J. Gardner's 5-star quality and safety standards.
* Client Connection: Act as the professional face of the build—provide regular updates and manage expectations with a friendly, personable approach.
* Problem Solving: Use your technical knowledge to identify on-site hurdles early and implement smart solutions to keep projects moving.
* Safety First: Ensure all sites comply with OH&S requirements and maintain a professional, organized work environment.
What You'll Bring
* The Right Background: A valid Trade Qualification (Carpentry preferred). For experienced Supervisors, previous experience with boutique or custom builders is highly prioritised.
