Plus One Co.specialises in throwing events for specific genres of music, think parties for lovers of emo, indie, disney, throwback, pop and much more.

Each of our events that celebrate a specific genre of music exist as their own brand, all of which have their own social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.Our Operations team is responsible for coordinating these events across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant supports the successful operational delivery of all events while coordinating key elements that support the development of event delivery.
This role will form part of the established Operations Team, working in conjunction with our Marketing Team to execute all event planning and delivery via a series of exciting, challenging and rewarding tasks.Day to day you will be assisting the Operations Manager as directed in various operational tasks across our various brands and club-night events including but not limited to:Researching and booking travel logisticsBooking and communicating with Photographers, Videographers and any other event Contractors and PartnersGeneration of Event WorksheetsEnsuring the timely creation, mailing and delivery of accessories to our Venue Partners around Australia and New ZealandAssist the Operations Manager with the creation of ticket buildsAssisting in the coordination and quotation of additional décor and event-specific items for events as requiredOrdering and maintaining the inventory, stock and storage of accessories and merchandiseEnsuring the orderly maintenance of the accessories and merchandise stock roomMonitoring brand specific online stores, inventory management and mailing merchandise to private buyersWhat you will bring to the team:Experience in the events, retail, or other fast paced customer focused service industryA fun and "can do" attitude to not only support the business outcomes but also provide a positive impact on the business culture and the services we bring to our clientsAbility to prioritise urgent and time-sensitive tasksWork proactively and autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHave the ability to problem-solve with a view to the overall success of multiple events per weekendIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and join a team of motivated, passionate, friendly and supportive staff then apply now by submitting your resume and brief cover letter showing us why you are the super star candidate we are looking for!
