About The Role
As a Career Coach, you will deliver high-quality, participant-centred employment services that support strong outcomes, higher placements, and sustained employment. You will manage a diverse caseload across intensive, low-intensity, and Post Placement Support (PPS) streams, balanced to reflect complexity and funding requirements.
You will work closely with participants to build confidence, communication, and employability skills through tailored one-on-one coaching and integrated group programs that incorporate recovery-focused interventions. This role requires strong organisation, accountability, and a commitment to supporting participants' progression in line with departmental and deed requirements.
Experience Requirements
Proven experience in career counseling, human resources, or a related field
Ability to provide one on one career coaching
Qualification And Other Requirements
Certificate 4 in Mental health, or related field or willingness to work towards.
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Current or willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
Current Valid Driver's Licence
