Senior mechanics & technicians encouraged to apply – step off the tools without losing the technical work.
What you'll do:
* Assess and manage technical warranty claims
* Validate diagnostics, repair pathways, labour times and parts pricing
* Review service records, fault codes and repair documentation
* Liaise with dealers, repairers, customers and external assessors
* Clearly explain technical issues to non‐technical stakeholders
What you'll bring:
* Master Mechanic qualification or equivalent senior technician experience
* Strong expertise with European vehicles
* Advanced diagnostic and mechanical knowledge
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Customer‐focused mindset and strong time management
