Senior Project Architect - Large-Scale Multi-Residential Project
Location: Melbourne
Salary: Upto $130k + Super
Are you a seasoned Senior Project Architect with a passion for delivering high-quality multi-residential projects? We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of a significant large-scale development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established practice known for its innovative and design-led approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and efficient project delivery. Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, and stakeholders. Oversee documentation and detailing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Utilise Revit at an advanced level for design development, documentation, and coordination. Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Requirements:
Registered Architect with a strong track record in multi-residential projects. Minimum 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a similar senior role. Proficiency in Revit is essential - must be hands-on and capable of leading by example. Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a collaborative team environment.
