Medium Rare Content Agency is looking for a strategic, solutions-focused
Account Manager
to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our content team and report into the Account Director to manage a busy portfolio of content across digital and print channels. This client-facing role requires exceptional stakeholder management, solid attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing deadlines and priorities. You'll lead the delivery of always-on content streams and support key projects – from quarterly publications and campaign integration to high-priority one-off briefs. You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team with deep subject matter expertise and a strong commitment to delivering quality content with rigour, heart, and insight.
As an Account Manager, you will take the lead on day-to-day client communications, workflows, and content delivery. You'll support the Content Director with ad hoc projects and new briefs, and work with internal teams—editorial, commercial, production, and design—to ensure content is delivered on time and to brief. You'll bring strong project management and communication skills, along with an appreciation for tone, quality, and brand nuance in financial content. Experience in content marketing, publishing, or creative agencies is a plus.
