We are seeking 2 expert Client Manager's to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts within the Mid-Market segment to not only retain but identify new business opportunities within the accounts. Ensuring customer happiness through strategic planning and effective communication.
The role requires someone to be able to identify customer problems and aspirations through their knowledge of various verticals and be someone who enjoys being up to date on how technology can improve the ways businesses operate. The Optus Client Manager is curious, capable, a great communicator as well as possess business acumen and gravitas!
Your day in the life at Optus
* Conduct regular proactive customer visits + online meetings to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
* Multi- stakeholder engagement in accounts, including IT, Business Unit heads and C-suite and internal Optus executives.
* Work effectively and collaborate with a shared support pod to manage service delivery, resolve issues, and execute opportunities.
* Maintain all CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, contacts, and documents
* Develop and regularly update territory plans and account plans to align with customer needs and business objectives
Your Skills To Pay The Bills
* Effectively articulate ideas, actively listen, and build lasting relationships with clients.
* Passionate about exceeding sales targets and identifying new opportunities and solutions to close deals.
* Proactive in finding solutions to challenges and quickly adjusting to changing client needs.
* Deep understanding of clients' goals, delivering personalized solutions that make valuable contributions.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
