Job Title:

A High-Quality Customer Service Role

About the Position:

* We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.
* You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the Centre Director and performing key business administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with families, prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline.
* Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform key business administration tasks and support the Centre Director.

Requirements:
