S2M is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global group-fitness and business and they're on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape the brand’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook and turning community energy into growth, leads and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities Manage social content & campaigns: Execute platform-specific strategies, create and publish content, and deliver engaging multimedia assets with internal and external creatives. Own community & channel management : manage daily posting, respond to comments/DMs, and stay across trends, competitors and category movement. Measure, report & optimise : track key performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content, engagement and results. What we’re looking for 3 years’ social media/digital content experience with strong brand instinct, great copy, and creative execution. You will have an impressive portfolio of relevant content and results. Data-driven and organised, confident with analytics, scheduling tools, CMS/CRM, and managing stakeholders or external partners. Passionate about fitness and community-led brands, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality content.
