As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Tullamarine Branch.
Scope of Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Manage accounts and conduct client visits
- Source, recruit, and manage an external workforce for casual placements
- Maintain a diverse candidate database
- Foster ongoing client relationships and ensure exceptional service
- Manage recruitment and selection for both temporary and permanent roles
- Handle general administrative tasks independently
Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual who can thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and flexibility in work hours
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry with a proven track record of success
- A proactive approach with a passion for achieving outstanding results
