10/4 when travelling, 5/2 when local
As a Field Supervisor on the nbn N2P contract, you'll oversee field operations across Tamworth, Byron Bay, and Tweed Heads. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll lead teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day field activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
* Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to meet project timelines.
* Providing technical support and resolving on-site challenges for seamless delivery.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
* Authorise permits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
About You
* Hold a current driver's licence
* Experience in a similar role within Telecommunications industry.
* Leadership skills with a focus on safety and positive team culture.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
