Qualifications & experience:
- Must be living locally
- Experience in the Italian cuisine is not essential but preferable
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar position
- Good communication skills, attitude and a team player
- High standard of personal hygiene and presentation
- Hard work, diligence and accountability
- Able to work weekends, shifts are Tuesday to Sunday 4pm to 8pm, 24 hours in total per week
- Ability to learn & adjust to new environments as well as ability to work under pressure & have great time management skills
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Food preparation/Making dough
- Verify that all ingredients and prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
- Product Storage and Deliveries/Stock control
- Be responsible for the pizza oven and all other kitchen equipment during service
- Cleaning of equipment & preparing service areas
- Capable of being in charge of his own section and has been trained in hand stretching and making pizza dough.
- Preparation of quick take away food such as sandwiches & salads.
