We are currently searching for a Load in Team Leader to join our Osborne Park team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for pushing and loading beef into storage or processing areas.
Unloading the carcasses from the truck/container by pushing on the railway.
Pushing all beef carcasses along the production railway into chiller rooms.
General housekeeping of unloading area.
Ensure all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols are followed.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and QA teams.
Train recent staff and monitor performance.
Report daily progress and issues to management.
About you
Must be physically fit.
Ability to push the carcasses weighing up to 150 kg.
Able to work consistently and repetitively.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 06:00 am.
Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
Finishing time will be variable depending on the arrival of trucks.
