About the Role
This is a dual position combining Commercial Property Management (70%) and Office/Executive Support (30%).
You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while supporting the Director with day‑to‑day business operations. Your judgement, reliability, and calm approach will be highly valued in this close‑knit, well‑run team.
About You
You’ll be someone who brings maturity, professionalism, and pride to your work. Perhaps you’ve built a career in property, accounts, or office management and now seek a reliable, long‑term role where your experience is truly recognised.
- Sound understanding of commercial property or leasing administration
- Strong organisational, financial, and communication skills
- Confidence with Re‑Leased, Xero, Microsoft 365, Canva / InDesign (or similar systems)
- Dependable, composed, and relationship‑focused
- Comfortable working closely with decision‑makers in a respectful, team‑oriented setting
