Organisation Overview:Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative (RAC) is recognised as a leader among Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, maintaining a high profile in the public and private sectors across research, consultancy, policy development, and partnerships. RAC has been a resource, service provider and enabler of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities of the Greater Shepparton region since 1980. RAC is a cooperative working to provide a range of supports and services including:

Work Hours:• Tuesdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM• Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Knowledge and skills:• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.• Commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community-controlled health care.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to build rapport with patients and community.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team.
