The role of Lighting Sales and Business Development involves a commitment to gain an understanding of the company DnA, the Euroluce Brand, the Brands we represent and the route to market. To gain a fast and full understanding of our customized CRM and the company processes. Supported primarily by the State Sales manager and the National Brand Manager. With ongoing support, the role will manage a portfolio of active clients, and build a greater client portfolio through building and strengthening relationships. Reporting to the Sate Sales Manager and working as a team member of the sales team you role will include:
- Build & maintain relationships with relevant design industry contacts and key specifiers, such as, but not limited to, Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, Electrical Engineers and Lighting Designers
- Build and maintain effective relationships with buyers such as Electrical Contractors, wholesalers, builders and end users
- Deliver sales excellence within your client portfolio
- Able to take on new information and have a passion for lighting.
- Achieve set non-financial activity goals
- Achieve set financial activity goals
- Hold a thorough knowledge of products and the technical aspects of lighting
- Promote Euroluce products by phone, via video call and in person
- Demonstrate confidence to sell in all environments
**Key Skills**:
- Tertiary level of education - desired but not essential
- Diligent and detailed work ethic
- A thorough understanding of associated IT systems
- 3 years' minimum experience in and a thorough understanding of specification sales and the route to market
- Ability to learn our CRM system
- Technical know-how is an advantage
- Presentation skills both in person and via video link
- Solutions driven to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- High level analytics skills and evaluation to meet and leverage client demands.
