Job Description
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for growing, retaining, and providing outstanding customer service to our solar installation company partners. This includes responding to inbound inquiries, onboarding new installers onto our platform, building relationships with existing installers to maintain high retention and satisfaction rates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on our quote comparison platform, learning about all aspects of the solar industry, and exploring opportunities for growth and expansion within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to inbound inquiries from new and existing solar installation company partners
* Onboarding new installers onto our platform
* Building relationships with existing installers to maintain high retention and satisfaction rates
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on our quote comparison platform
* Learning about all aspects of the solar industry
* Exploring opportunities for growth and expansion within the company
Requirements:
* Great social skills and ability to build strong relationships
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems (bonus points if experienced)
* Bachelor degree preferred
