About You
1. Located in or near Geebung
2. Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
3. Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
4. Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
5. Ability to work from the Geebung site full time (Mon-Fri – 6am-3pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Geebung trade store.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
17. Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
18. Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone
19. Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
20. Regularly check & make up orders
21. Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
22. Loading/unloading customer vehicles
23. Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
24. Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
25. Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
26. General warehouse duties & housekeeping
