Our client is a major property landlord that owns several assets across Sydney. Based on one of their key assets, you will work with a large property management team.
**The Role**:

They currently require a proactive Finance Administrator to drive zero through a systematic approach to arrears management. The role will see you reporting to the Centre Manager and assisting with all administrative functions in the Management of the shopping centre.
Your duties will include:
- General Office Management
- Retailer Relationship Management
- Responsible for Rental Arrears & Retailer Payment Plans
- Assistant to Property Centre Manager
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Assistance for all Marketing Activities
- Management of Office IT platform
- All Administrative / Office Systems & Development of Policies & Procedures

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar finance/administration role
- Experience property and/ or real estate
- An enthusiastic and resourceful skilled that possesses a "can do" attitude
- Competent with computer software
