This part-time role is based in Toowoomba, Queensland and will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.What you'll be doingOverseeing the day-to-day office operations and administrative functionsManaging client records, data entry, and database maintenanceAbility to liase with other internal departmentsProviding exceptional customer service to clients, volunteers, and external stakeholdersSupporting accounts receivable activities and petty cash managementAssisting with the organisation and attending of events and fundraising initiativesContributing to the continuous improvement of office procedures and policiesWhat we're looking forMinimum of 3 years' experience in an office management or senior administration roleStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approachHeightened attention to detail and accuracyProficient in using Microsoft Office suite and database management systemsExperience in the not-for-profit or community services sector would be highly regardedA genuine interest in supporting the local community and the mission of Meals on WheelsWhat we offerAt St Stephens Uniting Church Toowoomba Meals on Wheels, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
