Overview
The objective of this position is to promote and sell medical gases, medical products, and associated services to healthcare professionals in the Home Oxygen and Aged Care Markets. This role encompasses business development and account management with both new and existing customers through a systematic approach using ALH marketing tools and process selling techniques. The role also includes the building and maintenance of strong relationships with State Departments and key stakeholders involved in tendering business, as well as development of relationships with relevant associations, government agencies and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and on-site visits
* Main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice
* Promote new products and services to add value for accounts
* Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery
* Manage customer contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure compliance
* Analyse account profitability and take action to meet minimum profitability targets
* Monitor budgets and develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
* Utilise sales tools and software to effectively track activities and report on progress
* Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with company HSEQ standards and procedures
