Right at Home Brisbane North and South, a premier provider of in-home care services, is seeking a professional and client-focused Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.
We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience (aged care preferred) who is committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Role Overview: This community-based role requires extensive travel to clients’ homes, where you will conduct clinical supervisions, perform comprehensive documentation, and carry out assessments. The ideal candidate will possess a moderate level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills for office-based tasks.
- Location: Stones Corner office, serving clients on both the North and South Sides
- Workdays: Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care
- AHPRA Registration
- Australian National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Queensland Driver License
- Moderate level of computer literacy
