Program Officer

About the Role
* Work collaboratively with participants to provide group-based and one-on-one supports to achieve their goals.
* Utilize a strengths-based and person-centered approach to deliver effective support services.
* Contribute to the research, development, and reporting of projects to drive positive outcomes.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Support the scheduling of arrangements and preparation of materials for information sessions and workshops.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to project development, including planning meetings and grant writing.
* Contribute to new business development, including involvement in planning meetings and grant writing.
* Collate and maintain data to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
Requirements
* Australian Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
* Meet current COVID-19 Vaccine requirement.
* DHS/NDIS checks and clearances.
* Manual Handling Certificate.
* Child Safe Environments Certificate.
