As the Senior Civil / Structural Engineer, you'll lead the design, assessment and asset management of new and existing infrastructure. You'll provide technical assurance, raise engineering standards, and influence major decisions that keep WA's trade moving.

What You'll Be Doing
* Providing technical and strategic advice to the Assets & Services leadership team
* Managing engineering consultants to ensure high‐quality outcomes and value for money
* Mentoring and supporting engineers across project teams
* Ensuring all assets meet safety, functional, and statutory requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
You're an analytical thinker with excellent problem‐solving skills and the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges. You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and confidently guide engineering outcomes.
You'll also bring:
* A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or similar) and 5+ years' experience
* Experience delivering solutions in complex brownfield environments
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and maritime/port infrastructure
