Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to successfully reach them, presenting and selling company products and services, building relationships with new clients, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, and attending conferences and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including markets, clients, partnerships, or new products and services.
* Create and implement strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
* Build relationships with new clients, understand their needs, and develop proposals to meet these needs.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
* Pitch sales and products to both new and existing clients.
* Attend conferences and industry events to build relationships and stay updated on trends.
Requirements:
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence customers.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* A strong interest in the construction industry, especially in formwork.
* Previous experience in the building or distribution industry, particularly in formwork, is essential.
* No restrictions on working in Australia.
