**Full time**:

- Multiple Permanent Full Time roles
- $67,546 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 2 of the MBRC EBA4 Certified Agreement
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- 9 day fortnight
- Location: Caboolture

**Part time**:

- Multiple Permanent Part Time roles
- $35.83 per hour + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 2 of the MBRC EBA4 Certified Agreement
- 50 hour fortnight (school hours friendly work patterns available)
- Location: Caboolture

**About our opportunity**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic service delivery environment, providing exceptional customer service across multiple customer channels, including phone, face-to-face and electronic enquiries.

You will be joining a well-respected, supported, and energetic team of customer service professionals with a passion for delivering positive service experiences to the community! You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of customer and employee experiences.

Working in a Local Government Customer Service team, you will experience the scope and diversity of services that we provide to the Moreton Bay Region, developing strong product knowledge and a valued platform for potential future career development within the Customer Service Branch and wider organisation.

**About you**

This role is a great fit for customer-centric professionals with experience in customer service, strong communication, problem solving and a passion for quality service delivery!

To be successful in this role, you will also have:

- experience working in a high-volume customer service environment, including a Call Centre
- a warm, professional and empathetic manner, with the ability to interpret and relay information about Council Services to a diverse customer base
- a high level of computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- well-developed time management and prioritisation skills

**Recruitment process requirements**:
As part of the recruitment process, applicants may be required to:

- attend a group interview
- undergo aptitude testing and role plays
- undergo a hearing assessment

Independent professionals nominated by MBRC will be used to complete the above testing at no cost to the applicant.

Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of Council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
