Job Overview
Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base is essential for this role.
* Perform routine maintenance & complete service work - Reactive & Planned.
* Accurately maintain important service records of work performed by you.
* Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
The successful applicant will have prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician, with demonstrated mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good communication and customer service skills. They must be able to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
A comprehensive onboarding program and industry leading training is included. This enables the candidate to develop their skills in dealing with Australia's top tiered customer base.

Key Requirements
