In the Role of Business Development Manager BDM you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing growth strategies for the business and nurturing client relationships to increase revenue and market presence.
Key responsibilities will include researching security industry trends, generating leads through various methods, writing proposals, negotiating contracts and working with operations and delivery teams to execute development plans. We expect our BDM,s to act as strategic leaders who drive our products and services and ultimately build long term growth and profitability for the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and tender submissions.
* Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly new business acquisition targets.
* Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and forecasts.
