Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and develop new and existing State Government customer accounts. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing awareness of our brand and core products among group executives and IT management.
You will lead the execution of our strategy within State Government Departments and Community agencies, contributing to and leading central initiatives such as action planning, governance, major pursuits, and executive engagements.
Your team will consist of dedicated and matrixed Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Specialist resources, building positive relationships and delivering world-class enterprise services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting long-term business relationships and strategic business plans.
* Demonstrated success in delivering growth strategies and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership skills to influence and lead direct and indirect reports from Sales, Delivery, and Product & Strategy teams.
* The ability to drive performance and delivery through focus on core strategies and programs.
* Excellent negotiation skills to manage relationships with C-level executives in a competitive environment.
